Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Here is how, depending on who you are.
If you have a PlugLeads account
Email support@plugleads.ae from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account".
We confirm within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Any running ad is stopped first, and unspent wallet balance is refunded.
We delete your account, business profile, photos, ads and leads. We keep invoices and payment records only for the period UAE tax law requires.
If you responded to an ad
Email support@plugleads.ae with the phone number or email you gave, and, if you know it, the name of the business whose ad you answered.
We delete your details from our systems within 30 days and tell the business to delete the copy it received.
If you connected your Facebook account or page
You can remove PlugLeads at any time in Facebook: Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or, for a page, Page settings → Partner access), then remove PlugLeads. Then email support@plugleads.ae and we delete the data we received through Facebook within 30 days.
